Liu Kaihe jointed in GIZ China Office in 2003 and has been working in GIZ China for more than 17 years in the field of administration and finance. She was the also team leader of finance in GIZ Office China. Since 2020 she is working as finance manager for cluster sustainable transition and supports the GIZ NDC-TIA china team for all financial issues. She is based in Beijing, China.
