Dr. Liu Zhi ​

Director of Peking University - Lincoln Institute Center for Urban Development and Land Policy

Dr. Liu is Director of Peking University – Lincoln Institute Center for Urban Development and Land Policy. He manages and leads the Center's research, policy advisory, training, and academic exchange in the areas of urban development, land policy, municipal finance, infrastructure policy, and environmental conservation. Before that, he had been a staff member of the World Bank for 18 years and managed a number of investment lending projects and sector studies in the infrastructure and urban sectors in East Asia and South Asia.

He served as Vice Chair of the Global Agenda Council for the Future of Transportation at the World Economic Forum in 2010.

Dr. Liu holds BS from Dr Sun Yat-Sen University, MS from Nanjing University, and PhD from Harvard University.
