On February 28th, Delhi Transport Minister Kailash Gahlot released the 'Residential EV Charging Guidebook', which will help Delhiites to get step-by-step guidelines to install charging points for electric vehicles on their premises. With the release of the guidebook, Delhi has become the first state in India to make residential societies and resident welfare associations (RWAs) an integral part of its EV mission.

Minister Gahlot thinks the guidebook will keep Delhiites well informed about charging infrastructure installation and benefits. He also made the following remark:

Through our comprehensive EV policy, we are not only providing demand incentives such as purchase subsidies and interest subventions, but we have also ensured incentives for EV infrastructure development.
