Policy Analyst and Modeller, International Transport Forum

Malithi is the project manager for NDC-TIA at the ITF. Malithi advises national governments and city authorities on climate impacts, accessibility and sustainable mobility. At the ITF she has developed strategic transport models, evaluated the economic case for electric delivery vehicles, contributed to the Decarbonising Transport Initiative, and managed their flagship report, the ITF Transport Outlook 2021. Malithi uses her experience in behaviour change, economic analysis, and social impact analysis from previous academic and private sector roles to inform her current portfolio on decarbonising transport.
