Thao is GIZ’s NDC-TIA Senior Project Officer under the Viet Nam component. He is responsible for the “Support enhanced ambition for NDC 3 formulation including longterm vision up to 2050” and the “Enhance the capacity of Vietnamese stakeholders” packages of the project. His expertise/interest is in environmentally sustainable transport. Thao is based in Hanoi, Vietnam.
