Michel is the technical advisor at NDC TIA’s Vietnam component. He works policy development and provides technical expertise for quantifying and reducing transport emissions and introducing electric vehicles. Michel has a particular interest in sustainable business cases for green mobility and governance of smart mobility. He is based in Hanoi, Vietnam.
