25 participants, 10 countries and one goal: Enhancing Transparency for NDCs in Asia
Organized by the UNFCCC secretariat and GIZ, the workshop on Measurement, Reporting and Verification (MRV) for Transport plans to use case studies to build capacity with experts from developing countries and facilitated discussions to exchange knowledge among them.
It will enable successful implementation by assessing sectoral GHG emissions, determining potential mitigation options, factoring in climate change adaptation components, and providing robust information for further decision-making by policy-makers.
